Bed lifter KP09 packed, load capacity max 55kg, bed width max 140cm

The KP09 hardware with a powder coating finish is suitable for the construction of couches and beds folded into wardrobes (min. body depth 412mm) when solving the lack of space in living rooms. The delivery includes only a rotating mechanism for the cabinet, without the support leg solution - you can use hinges 392591 and gas strut 275672.
The maximum weight of the bed structure - i.e. the bed frame, slats, mattress and bedding fitted to the bed - must not exceed 55 kg, i.e. it is not suitable for lifting a wider bed than 140 cm. If this weight is exceeded, the correct operation of the mechanism cannot be guaranteed. The load-bearing capacity of the folded bed depends on the connecting material used to mount the fittings on the bed frame and the body of the cabinet. To connect the fittings to the bed frame, it is necessary to use M6 striking nuts and screws with metric thread M6 from the inside of the frame with thread length = thickness of the side of the bed frame + 3mm. To connect the fittings to the body of the cabinet, it is necessary to use M6 screw nuts and screws with metric thread M6 with the maximum possible thread length from the inside of the body. Alternatively, euro screws with the maximum possible length can be used.

We do not recommend use ordinary chipboard screws for installation.

Folding beds must be according to EN 1129 anchored to the wall against overturning.
