The pins are electronically checked for geometry. Tolerance: width +- 0.2 mm, length +- 0.5 mm.
Smart product: Birch calibrated pins. These pins are especially suitable for automatic pinning machines for industrial manufacturers, where high quality and dimensional accuracy are required. The version of the pin with applied glue is suitable for automatic pin machines, where we only place water in the glue reservoir. Thanks to this, there is no longer any need to clean the machine from dried glue. Pins can also be used for manual pinning, especially for veneered parts and lacquered surfaces, where possible splattering of the material with water does not present such a problem as splattering with glue, which leaves a map on the surface after drying.
