When setting the mechanism to the upper limit of its strength, a problem may arise when using the push to open system. When the PTO system is activated for the first time (especially after a long period of inactivity), internal friction can sometimes lead to a situation where the hatch does not open. In that case, it is necessary to open the hatch using, for example, a planchet, a wire or a suction cup. Other openings should be normal. If the problem persists, the only solution is to use a classic handle opening instead of the PTO system. Replacing the mechanism will not help - it is not a defect, but a feature.
