K-BLUM Legrabox C Pure 450 mm/40 kg, Blumotion/TOB, st. steel, internal, reling

The set includes fittings for the assembly of one drawer with integrated Blumotion damping, including the corresponding front fittings (screw / Expando / inner drawer). See set name for nominal length, system height, sidewall design, weight capacity and colour.

In case of a requirement for a Tip-on Blumotion (TOB) handleless opening, the corresponding TOB modules must be added according to the nominal length of the drawer and the total weight of the drawer with contents:

For cabinet KB>600mm the synchronisation shaft 282277 must be used, but its use is recommended even for narrower cabinets. The length of the shaft is 1125mm and without cutting it can be used on cabinet of external width up to 1400mm. The cutting for conventional TOB modules is LW-247mm, the cutting for undercut TOB modules is LW-267mm. The pinions for connecting the shaft to the modules are already included in the TOB modules package. For narrow cabinets (LW = 245-293mm) a special one-piece square synchronization shaft 293824 is designed, which has a cutting of LW-221mm. This shaft installs directly into the TOB modules and synchronisation adapters are therefore not used.

For the internal drawer sets, the front face cross elements are not included, they must be ordered separately and cut according to the clear internal width of the cabinet. These are the front panel (cut LW-126mm) without groove (for drawers with front reling) or with groove (for drawers with front glass) and, if necessary, the gripping element: front reling (cut LW-90mm), low front glass (10 x 70 x LW-80) or high front glass (10 x 138 x LW-80).
