Screw Bi-metal screw ZH wings 5.5x60 TX30 drilling capacity 12mm A2 + steel
Bi-metal screws with a drill, wings and countersunk head are used for attaching wood to steel profiles. The screw consists of two parts. A hardened steel drill bit is specially welded to the A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel body, so this stainless steel screw can be used for drilling into steel. Stainless steel itself is softer than regular carbon steel, and you cannot drill into regular steel with an all-stainless steel screw.
