STRONG Linio set 2 doors with damping 40kg
Door fittings set for sliding cabinet doors, load capacity 40kg/door. Set for 2 doors. Guide in length 1,5m, 2m and 3m. Recommended minimum door width - 500mm, maintaining a 3:1 aspect ratio (height:width).
The set includes:
4x damper
8x trolley
4x bottom stop
32x screw
1x hex key
Mounting information:
1. Before inserting the guide into the body, insert dampers and end pieces to the rail. Please mind the correct orientation of the damper – arrows must point to the body centre.
2. Draw dampers in the working position (according to the arrow – towards the body centre).
3. Before installing the leaf, push top trolleys in installation position and secure them with a safety lock.
4. Insert the door into the bottom rail, then direct the top trolley to the top rail and release the safety lock.
5. Warning – door deflection during installation must not exceed 20°, otherwise the guide or even the body may damage!
6. Regulate the leaf position, then secure against unhooking by tightening the top trolley.
7. Align and secure the position of damping to close the door to the cabinet
side properly.
