StrongMax 18 89/650mm 40kg, black
A complete kit for the manufacture of a drawer with a narrow (13mm) hollow sidewall and slides with soft-closing and internal synchronisation. Load capacity up to 40kg. Lifetime of slides minimum 50,000 cycles. Up/down and right/left front adjustment. Full drawer tilt adjustment at the rear of the sidewall (used to adjust the tilt of the front). For the production of the bottom and back, 18mm thick material must be used.
The set includes:
- a pair of damped slides- a pair of side panels with integrated back brackets
- set of front brackets (clipped in the sidewall)
- pair of caps with STRONG logo print
Nominal length, sidewall height and colour see product name.
Alternatively, the StrongMax 16 box system can be used where 16mm thick material is used for the bottom and back. The accessories for the internal drawers are common to both systems. For drawers with a side height of 249mm, it is not possible to make a front for the inner drawer, it can be replaced by a classic front and moving the whole drawer inside the body by approx. 20mm.
